I have never understood this thing that er hours in office means you're productive, il be not looking at outcomes any more. The whole lock down also revealed who was working how much and what they were good at. So it is really what you're doing, what is the outcome? And if i can do it in one hour, why do i need to sit for eight ours in office? I think that change also needs to happen at the society level. That enough is driven by what the society thinks of us, right? In terms of having enough or not.
