How to Build Trust With Your Employees

I'm curious why a lot of organizations don't publish their pay range when they're posting a job. If we want to build trust with our employees, I think that honesty and transparency needs to start right from the start. People can often be good at negotiating salaries when they're applying for jobs. Some states in the US are banning this question, introducing pay transparency laws.
