When you do something, and now this somewhat invokes a thing called coherence therapy, which is where you can modify your emotional memories or our associations with stuff by activating the emotion. A collection of inexplicit ideas then becomes changeable. Such that they become labile. And so the idea, so you can do this in this heady way, like I said, and then that's not going to change anything. However, if you bring up the feeling of like, yeah, I'm afraid of that spider, you know, hurting me in some way... Then, what's the technique?
