Is David Deutsch Using Different Linguistics?

The concept of creativity as David Deutsch understands it is about selecting your own problem. The fact that Popper and Campbell use the terms in that way does not in any way say anything about Deutsch being right or wrong. He's just using a different lingo. It'll be interesting to, I mean, I know I have tons of other questions. Why does he not believe in heat death? How is he looking at that? There's many questions about how he's conceptualizing things.
