Worker quantification is an iteration of Taylorism. With worker quantification, you have a focus also on the worker themselves. You start to risk seeing the worker not as a full person, but as a set of numbers. And I'm saying it's gone too far, right? It's really gone too far because now you start to risk losing personhood.
