Mindfulness is critically important for living a good and balanced life. It's also incredibly important for happiness, in no small part because when you're not mindful, you're missing your life. To day's exercise is called intention without attachment. Use learned optimism to dream up and set long term goals. Live in day tight compartments. Once again, by going through these one more time, we can make that synchronis with the future.
