It's very sweet the processed stuff But like it's essentially tomato flavor and vinegar flavor both of these as flavors. Maybe you want a little acidity Maybe you want to brighten it up. Maybe it's like a really fatty chicken stock you're using or idol Who knows just eat some spaghetti to use ketchup is not a thing I would do.
