What's Your Bottom Tier?

The Pistons have committed so much to non shooting centers. The Mavs, I was watching that super fun Mavs Kings game and I was just like, how are they going to defend anyone good? They can defend bad teams. Sure. Anyone do that. And for both of them, it's like, they're the closest to moving out of this year. That's why James Harden has let everyone know that he's probably going back to Houston in the summer. It's interesting because some of the teams I think deserve to be wizards? Give me your bottom tier.
