How Important Is It for the PFA to Have Role Models
Ava: "I feel like I'm more likely to be inspired rather than hearing about someone who grew up in a higher class and do you know what I mean yeah okay" She adds that she hopes the work she's doing behind the scenes will have an impact on women's football. Ava also says it would be nice if players could relate to each other as they've gone through their own experiences of growing up with issues such as eczema or black players. The FA are trying to find solutions but need to look at themselves too, according to PFA chief executive Greg Dyke.
