I wasn't the best in school, because I wasn't the strongest, so I couldn't get on the sports teams. So that's what really got me supposed to where I am here today, recording the podcast. This morning, I've been up since six o'clock this morning. I'm most certainly contacting people. I'm training, mentoring and coaching them online through nutrition foods, exercise, send them messages before they even get up. And after that,. then I'm going to sawn some seeds for my first meal of the day at ten o'clock yet. It's just a typical type of fasten-to-the-point kind of lifestyle thing. Ah
