The Role of the Radio Man in the Marine Corps
As a radio man, I was always very preferential to the radio man. My job is not to shoot and I've got to be able to shoot because there are times when i've I'm the only guy who can do that. Combat rifle pistol shooting has always been one of my favorite things to do. Jocko often talks about how you have to take a step back off the line in order to detach from your team.
