The Customer Service People Are the Front Line, You Know?
The customers service people are the front line. They are the ones who are interacting with the heroes. And so it's really important for them to step in and understand what we're going through. Cause tell when somebody is just doing their job or when their hands are tied. The other day, i was travelling. It was late at night, and my flight had got bumped,. So i had to fly to a different airport and then get a hotel. I finally call the hotel and hey, you know, is shuttle coming? And they're like, where are you? And i'm like, i'm on the east side.
