There are all sorts of reasons in mental imagery where having a mental imagery might be really powerful. But emily found that intensifying emotions can also have a downside. People who use imagery a lot tend to score higher on measures like anxiety or tendency to feel fears and phobias. If i causes a powerful impact on emotion, it's actually can be redestructive and caused, like micro flucturations, all the time in daily life.
