The Feedback Loop in Scrum Is the Secret Sauce

Like in Scrum, one of the foundational aspects of Scrum is that feedback loop. Can you imagine if Neil and I spent two weeks hidden away in some dark cave and we wrote the hard parts book and then published it? What you are seeing is the very, very, very first rough draft that no one has seen before. There's no feedback loop. That was just pure magic. And that's how we structured both of these books really, and especially the hard part book.
