What Does It Mean to Be Blessed?

We're in the series on the beatitudes, and we're looking at statements from jesus about what does it mean to be blessed. And this is the one that got all upon my face and shook me around a little bit. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of god. The reason peacemaking is so difficult is because we are better at dismissing issues than being peacemakers.
