Is There a Supply Deficit?

When you're talking about a structural supply deficit, that just means that demand is set to outstrip supply. That's the closest example that i can equate this particular market right now. We have a 750 billion dollar capex problem deficit in the oil industry just to keep things level right now. So what i say, structural supply deficit. I mean, this is going to, supply is going to continue to decline as demand is going to increase. And even if demand just marginally increases, the supply side still cannot catch up to that.
