The final meta analysis that we wanted to look at was a year after the choudry paper, this was by DeSouza and colleagues. It uses some of the risk estimates from the Ciri Torino paper And so of course there's going to be some similar issues that we mentioned there because of that specific reason. None of these meta analyses carried out substitution analysis, and we're talking really about macronutrients. If people have lower saturated fat intake than 20 years ago, then what they have replaced it with is going to be important for how risk estimates are ultimately derived.
