Many of us believe that 80 h d is for kids, right? And it's really nothing to be concerned about in adults. If left undiagnosed and or untreated, it can have devastating consequences across all spheres of life. I understand that looking at idcht as something serious and like a mental health disorder may bring up discomfort for you.
