How to Maintain Proper Glycine Levels

We want glycine there as the methyl buffer when it's supposed to be there, but our real problem with MTHFR is that we're aberrantly methylating the glycine and possibly losing a lot of it. The really good ones are ones where you could get away with one to two servings a day. For food, you want to focus on the three L's, liver, legumes, and leafy greens.
