Is That a Statement of Fact?

Alex Jones has been awarded $2.75 trillion in damages by Jezebel for a false statement of fact he made about his conservative commentator, Ian Crossland. The left is celebrating this now as if they're going to go after all of these other people like you and me and Kanye and others and stuff. But I don't think that happens. Not with the Supreme Court the way that it sits right now. Opinions are always protected free speech. That's Alex Jones opinion that that happened. And so as long as it was a clearly stated opinion about a public event, he's protected.
