Sleep Cycles in the Future?

i think it's a very interesting hypothesis, but rather to use it as a way of rethinking exactly what role a bed plays in our lives. You know, we've all had those sort of lingering fantasies, like, what if i didn't have to sleep? I could just wander around, not pay rent, but ik a doomscroll all night long? But one of the problems is that we don't have a perfect understanding of what sleep really is like,. wat its key roll is for for human existence.
