Is There a One Wage Rate?

The GBTC trade is basically you deposit actual Bitcoin with grayscale. They can go out in the market and sell them after a one year lock up, I believe. But then what happened is that everyone got crowded in the trade and the premium went to discount. So now you have to hold post lock up to kind of exercise and get out and get your original Bitcoin back.
