The Importance of Progressive Overload

If I see any tool that's underutilized today, more so than probably in the past, it is just basic progressive overload. Even if it's on the assistant type of work, they need some kind of progressiveness there. The mind muscle connection and the pump, that matters,. That's low end training. To me, that's bottom end training.
