Kieran: If the current housing market is not working for upper middle class tenants, renters and homeowners, then who is it working for quite frankly? Kieran: We are living in a public health crisis like Fiki mentions when it comes to disrepair claims. There are specific groups that have less agency to be able to advocate for their own health as tenants,. They don't have access to legal aid. And so we are looking at a society where those who are most marginalized are experiencing things that have an impact on our whole communities.
