Does the President Have Executive Privilege?
There's a thing called executive privilege, which court has upheld in the nixon watergate tapes case. So what happens when the president is no longer in office and you have someone new in office? Does the privilege continue? I think it's utterly absurd to say that the current administration, who is te bitter political enemy of the previous administration, can put itself in a position where it releases their documents while claiming privilege with respect to itsel and men. That, i think is actually another question that should be decided by the spreem court, instead of just being quietly decided.
