Coinbase spun up their own validators, they had all the on and off ramps, refi out wallet perspective. There is going to be a limit as to what Coinbase can extract from this chain,. But if it goes the direction of like we're extracting me and we're extracting payment for the flow... I don't think that's a securities violation. You kind of look at things that are issued. There's liabilities of finance in a in a sense, not necessarily a legal sense, but like a brand standpoint. So again, just on like the considerations to have such an open permissionless thing: People are going to do dumb stuff.
