The Dangers of the Private Space Settlement Model
Space exploration is still very much a government game. But space settlement, and that's what I kept going. You're settlement. SpaceX is really the one company really talking about this. And after seeing Elon Musk's run of Twitter, maybe not the most equitable democratic society will be as a consequence of that. If socialist systems are incapable or uninterested in space settlement, then it's going to be a reflection of more unequal, more hierarchical social organizations.
