How Did You Get Smart on How Complicated the System Was?
Did you originally have any background in health care to be able to get smart on how complicated the system was? The system is really ancredibly complicated, but obviously a, it's a negative, just in terms of having to learn it. But what i do have is just an understanding of what consumers are looking for. And so i think it's less about having deep health ure knowledge and more about just understanding how to explain and change this complicated e in o something simple people can understand early on,. maybe after that conference.
