The Seven Traits of Emotional Fitness
Emotional fitness is a term that i use to describe a pro active, ongoing approach to working on your mental health. Just like physical fitness helps you both increase what you're capable of physically now, but also helps you prevent physical illness later. These are the seven things that emotonally healthy leaders are working on and practising all the time. And those seven things are self awareness, ampathy, mindfulness, curiosity, playfulness, resilience and communication.
