The Alleged Scheme to Delete Surveillance Footage
CNN political correspondent Sarah Murray says the timing of all of this is really key here. In May, a grand jury issues a subpoena to the Trump team for any documents with classified classified markings. On June 2nd, 30 boxes get moved back into this storage room by two Trump employees,. Carlos de Oliveira, who is the new defendant here. And so that really is the meat of this sort of scheme to try to erase the surveillance footage.
