The Future of Work
The future of work is the most diverse generations we've ever had, not will ever have. We are looking at a system of science that's grounded in categorizations and classifications. And they operate well in the context of biases because it's the categories that people have in their minds as they approach the world that sort of instigate them to lean into the biases. But my point is that we really do have to think about innovations and emerging innovations and how we debunk racial science or stereotype threat.
