Is There a Conspiratorial?

There was a, there was a point where a scotbright said something along the lines that they didn't want to reveal something that may be classified. So that made me question, of course, you could go into a conspiratorial a little bit about that. Does that mean that if they find out that its extra terrestrial life per se, would that be something they would keep from their adversaries? I know that such in question, because what they always talk about is its sources and methods. But then that's a really interesting question.
