Do Long Runs Matter?

Last week end was my longest run, and it was a game of two halves anyway. Physiologically, you'e still moved in the like the same amount. Now i'm in taper, what a lot of my marinoia is because i don't think i've done enough technical stuff. I ended up injuring myself on my last long run before berlin, because i was so tense and so stressed about work. It's very easy for me to sit here and say this, because i haven't got a taper. But that stress and that pressure that you're putting on yourself internally still has an effect on your body. Try and get lots of sleep and stay healthy
