Is There a Good Criteria for Having a Person of the Affected Identity on the Conversation?

The identity itself isn't the good criteria for trying to figure out whether you want a given person on that conversation unless it's to sanctify a particular position. And then I take what's the saying, thoughtfulness is the most important feature of having someone talk about this,. Somebody who has been thinking about it, reflective about it, stuff like that. That may or may not include somebody who has that particular identity.
