Pay Teachers More, Yes, and We Want to Have Ambitious Teachers
We want to have ambitious teachers, Ike says. And maybe not only pay them more, but also, like, you know, it's mind boggling to me that teachers don't have higher status in society. But we're not going to fix all these problems. So here's what we'll say, if you are listening: Consider the problem being your own ambition. If you can solve for those three things, then i think we're going to give you permission to be as driven a and ambitious as you wan. Don't yo, don't cheat.
