How to Set the Tone of a Conversation in a Population

The question for us is, do we understand when they're at threshold? Can we read that? Can we pay attention to the details and say, hey, you know, I'm watching that conversation over there and it's spinning now. We can see this in our own population. If you're a physical therapist and you pay attention on Twitter, you can totally see this happening. You can see when certain groups are revving up and other groups are calming down. And so as a professional, our job is to be able to walk in there and say, okay, how do I dice that?"
