How do you think about engaging a group with conscious leadership? Well, the first thing that i think about is for a group to engage. One of the simple tools that we give teams is to distinguish fact from story. We've learned that candor becomes much easier if we ferentiate fact from story and then create an environment where my opinions can be brought forward.
