The Squat Rack in Barbille

i'm stationed on a ship now, and the closest thing to a squat rack in barbille is a smith machine. For bench, my options are the smith machine, dumb bells, or have some one hand me a loaded barbell while i'm laying on a bench. The ceiling is too low for presses. You do a clean and a press on the flight deck, but you'd have to hall everything up four really tight flights of stairs. I'd still be able to come home to my squat rack barbell. Sometimes what er some programme in excise selection considerations for when i'm stuck on the ship. And i worry about gurn the army.
