The Relationship Between Rose Wilder Lane and Rand Patterson
Rand and Lane only met in person one time. They corresponded for a couple years afterwards but eventually that sort of petered out mostly because they were just both of them very busy. Patterson and Rand were very close friends until Rand moved to California to work on the movie version of the fountainhead, after which their friendship was destroyed. So yes all three of them did meet each other one way or the other.
