Is There a Higher Purpose Driven Alignment?

I understand a lot of the developmental models are looking at not that it's hierarchical or even linear or progressive, but there is a tendency to evolve through stages or through steps or sequences. And I also hear what you're saying, it's almost this top down philosophy that if we can access this higher purpose driven alignment, that that actually has a speed of implementation that's almost like inviting a quantum leap. So it's almost as if changing from the top as you're describing can actually influence a tremendous amount of change in the low where I'm using air quotes, because it's all part of it.
