Service Design Is a Tool Kit, Not a Body of Knowledge

Service design is a tool kit, not a body of mastery that you need to achieve. Once you reach a certain point of literacy, it's lliteracy that you can continue to practise. You shouldn't compareour to somebody else, but you should see how you can a benefit each other and learn from each other. And when you mention the impostor sintremand like lacking the confidence, it also helps you to see that people with a different background, they aren't perfect either.
