The Importance of Safety in Dubai

Dubai is great because the tax where I live personally, I think I would go insane if I was in downtown. It's literally one of the safest cities on earth. In terms of my yearly schedule and what I'll be doing in Dubai, I'll probably be in Dubai 6 months of London, 3 months a year. So probably between April to August-ish and then Probably spending 2-2 months a year in Cape Town or, you know, I want to travel. But Dubai will be my base for 6 months.
