EOP was at that time I think it was the largest deal that has ever taken place in the private equity space like thirty nine dollars per share. Laxon had gone to Sanzels company and asked them you know would they sell EOP and Sanzels said only if you're making a godfather offer, an offer you can't refuse. My big takeaway from that story was that history doesn't repeat itself the saying but it rhymes.
