And as i talk about wth, my friend james cleary, you know, you're always building a habit. Whether it's a good habit or a bad habit, you practise things and you get good at them. So there's a lot of people who are really good at whining about why they don't have what they want in life. They've created that by just sort of letting everybody else drive exactly. If you're not being intentional, then things are just happening to you, and that's what is creating the neural pathways
