The Importance of Being Different

I think the healthiest times at Mosaic or on our teams. You don't build a culture of replicas just like you. And it's okay to be different. I'm 34 now and being able to be a part of a team in which we have accomplished a lot, whether you're the front face of it or we have our own individual successes.
