Development of a Concept for a TV Show?

Tata: In animation, the ip would be a concept. You've probably written a pilot episode. And then you've basically got what we call a pitch bible. It's that initial phase of taking that kernel of an idea and turning it into a proof of concept. Tata: When i say content creation or ip development, it is that initial phase  that someone with money or a decision maker can see that show where i could possibly help get it made.
