One student sent Lewis a dream transcript and asked him to interpret it. He was amazingly obliging in terms of keeping in touch with these people. I'm amazed that he managed to carry on the correspondence that he did, his work is staggering. Some students resented Lewis but not as much as some others who didn't like him.
