i find getting out if especially if it's been like a sort of day at work or anything about that i think there's something about removing your. The thing that calms me down about being in nature is that you've got a sense of it continue like it has progressed for thousands of years to become like this and then it will continue to go for another thousand years whether or not you're there. You just got to be there and be present and i think that's probably one of the big benefits so what are we doing to ourselves why are we doing this to ourselves?
