Is There a Third of the World in Recession?
The IMF has estimated that a third of the world will be in recession this year. David Frum says even for those countries not officially in recession, it will feel like a recession. Britain and Europe is predicted to be basically on the brink of recession. America is heading in that direction as well,. And that in turn will drag down the rest of the world.
