Foucault is totally wrong about this. Well, that's why- No, no, I don't disagree with any of that. That's why I always find Foucault so interesting in his later years when he starts going, yeah, maybe these norms aren't so bad after all. And then he dies. So you have like a double failure that occurs almost at the same time as having to figure out what that means. If we just say, oh, they're given their power and control over different things, that's dumb. We are not going to think about society anymore as a trade off of competing goods. Oh, where we have solutions here? The word tragedy
